Accomplished in fiction: All Hell has broken loose. Aw yeah. We didn’t believe it at first, but then, well, yeah, there was no denying it. So, naturally, we ran. We ran all the way across town to the Exposition fairgrounds where we saw some crazy shit going down, and in the middle of it, a friend of ours who needed saving.
Accomplished in life: Wrote a little freestyle this morning on a non-thesis project before taking a long lunch out at the Lucky Lab in Multnomah Village. Got a late, late start on the thesis this evening, but wowza! 2600 words is nothing to sneeze at.
Other: There’s about a million and one things going on in town this weekend. Probably I’m going to miss all of it, which, on the one hand is too bad. On the other hand, I’ve got words need writing and they ain’t gonna write themselves.
